Air Fried Brussels Sprouts


Wash, destem, remove weird leaves and cut in half
  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts

Soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 375. After the soak, drain and pat dry your sprouts. Then put them in a bowl and toss with
  • 2 glugs olive oil
  • a grind or two of salt
  • a grind or two of black pepper
  • couple of shakes of paprika

Get them into the air fryer in a single layer and air fry for

5 minutes at 375

then remove tray and shake. Then another

5 minutes at 375

While the sprouts are cooking, peel and slice
  • 3 cloves garlic

and put into the bowl the sprouts were in to soak up some goodness. When the 5 minutes are up remove tray, add the garlic and shake. Then back in the air fryer for

2 minutes at 375

Drizzle with butter or balsamic; maybe add some bacon.
