Air Fried Brussels Sprouts
Wash, destem, remove weird leaves and cut in half
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 2 glugs olive oil
- a grind or two of salt
- a grind or two of black pepper
- couple of shakes of paprika
5 minutes at 375
then remove tray and shake. Then another
5 minutes at 375
While the sprouts are cooking, peel and slice
- 3 cloves garlic
2 minutes at 375
Drizzle with butter or balsamic; maybe add some bacon.
